An overgrown front garden area needed stripping back to provide a more welcoming entrance to the house. A small lawn area was also required along with low maintenance planting.

An overgrown front garden area needed stripping back to provide a more welcoming entrance to the house. A small lawn area was also required along with low maintenance planting.
The small front garden area leant itself to a small L shaped lawn surrounded on two sides with low clipped box hedging. A drain cover on the longest side prevented a section of hedge planting so that gap was mirrored on the shortest side. The drain cover was covered with granite chippings with a square planter placed on top. This arrangement was mirrored in the second gap. The planting beds were filled with lavender, euphorbia, salvia, heuchera, lireope, grasses and box balls.
